Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 36000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and online bank transfers through major Malaysian banks.
- Deposits will be processed and credited to your account as soon as payment confirmation is received.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 36000 account holder.
- 36000 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
- All transactions are subject to appropriate security checks and identity verification before being processed.
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

36000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure
36000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, platform abuse, or upon the user's own request. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 36000 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in effect at the time of the request.
